Skanska acquired 75% of IPS, the largest Czech construction firm

Skanska acquired 75% of IPS, the largest Czech construction firm On 4 August 2000, Skanska increased its shareholding in IPS, the largest Czech construction company, to 75.17% of voting rights. Skanska acquired a controlling stake in IPS in June this year and increased its holding in IPS from 66.1% to 75.17% in the mandatory minority shareholder tender which opened on 27 July.
