Skanska acquires building services company in sweden

Skanska-owned Reinhold Bygg Stockholm AB has acquired Börje Larsson Bygg i Nyköping AB. The operations of the acquired company, which has annual sales of about SEK 35 M and 18 employees, consist mainly of building service projects within Stockholm County. The company will operate as a subsidiary of Reinhold Bygg Stockholm AB, which has 130 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 300 M. The acquisition is in line with Skanska's focus on the after-market.
