Skanska has been allocated an additional NOK 460M, about SEK 460M, under the existing contract with The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (NPRA) towards works on phase two of E10/rv. 85 Tjeldsund - Gullesfjordbotn - Langvassbukt in Northern Norway. The contract will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the fourth quarter of 2023.

The project E10/rv. 85 Tjeldsund - Gullesfjordbotn - Langvassbukt includes the construction and operation of about 82 kilometers of new road with seven new tunnels and 22 bridges. The next phase includes improving the existing E10 from Kåringskrysset to Fiskefjorden, a stretch of around 16 kilometers. New bridges will be built on the stretch and the curvature will be adapted to improve the standard.

Construction is scheduled to start medio 2024 and the stretch is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2029.
