Skanska Announces Resignation of Board Member

Skanska announces the resignation of Jayne McGivern from the Board of Directors of Skanska.

Skanska informs that Jayne McGivern will resign as a member of the Board of Directors of Skanska, effective as of 31 August 2021. Ms. McGivern has served on the Board since 2015 and has decided to resign to focus on other professional duties.

– On behalf of Skanska and the entire Board I would like to sincerely thank Jayne for her great contributions and commitment. Jayne’s knowledge about the construction industry in the US and the UK, as well as her insights into public procurement in both markets, have been very valuable to the Board, says Skanska Chairman Hans Biörck.

The process of electing a board member to replace Ms. McGivern will follow due process. A new board member will be elected at the Skanska Annual General Meeting 2022.
