Skanska Awarded Construction Management Contract for Headquarters Building in USA for USD 55 M, about SEK 374 M

Skanska has signed a construction management contract with a confidential client to build a new headquarters building, located in the Northeast region of the USA. The contract value for Skanska is USD 55 M, about SEK 374 M, which will be included for order bookings for Skanska USA Building for the second quarter.

Skanska will construct the building’s core and shell to produce its overall structure envelope and building-level systems, including central heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

Construction has begun and is scheduled for completion during the summer 2013.
