Skanska awarded contract for engineering and construction services in Harrodsburg, USA, worth USD 56 M, about SEK 365 M

Skanska has signed a contract to perform engineering, procurement and construction services for a Coal Combustion Residual (CCR) Treatment System at Kentucky Utilities’ E.W. Brown Generating Station in Harrodsburg, Kentucky, USA. The contract value is USD 56 M, about SEK 365 M, which will be included in the order bookings for Skanska USA Civil for the fourth quarter of 2013.

Work will commence in February 2014 with anticipated completion in January 2016.
