Skanska builds Alamo Colleges Administration Complex in San Antonio, USA, for USD 45M, about SEK 380M

Skanska has signed a contract with Alamo Colleges to build its new District Support Operations Administration Complex in San Antonio, USA. The contract is worth USD 45M, about SEK 380M, which will be included in the order bookings for Skanska USA Building in the fourth quarter 2016. 

The new facility will include about 16,000 square meter of class A office space, 500 parking spaces, office suites, a conference center, campus police headquarters and dispatch, and a central utility plant.

Construction will begin in January 2017 and is slated for completion in July 2018.
