Skanska builds industrial facility in Södertälje, Sweden, for about SEK 560M
Skanska has signed a contract with an existing client to build an industrial facility in Södertälje, Sweden. The contract is worth about SEK 560M, which will be included in the Swedish order bookings for the second quarter 2026.
The project includes the construction of an approximately 10,000 square-meter facility.
Construction has begun and the project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028.
