Skanska builds medical office building in Franklin, USA, for USD 40M, about SEK 340M

Skanska has signed a contract with Williamson County Hospital District (Williamson Medical Center) to build a medical office building in Franklin, Tennessee, USA. The contract is worth USD 40M, about SEK 340M, which will be included in its US order bookings for the fourth quarter 2017.

The project includes a 11,200 square meter, free-standing medical office building, tenant buildout and site development on Williamson Medical Center’s main campus.

Construction is scheduled to begin this month and is slated for completion in early 2019.
