Skanska builds multi-family houses in Prague, Czechia, for CZK 1.1 billion, about SEK 510M
Skanska has signed a contract with Central Group to build a residential complex in Prague, Czechia. The contract is worth CZK 1.1 billion, about SEK 510M, which will be included in the order bookings for Europe for the third quarter of 2024.
The project includes the construction of the next phase of Tesla Hloubětín residential project. It consists of four residential buildings with six to eleven floors and a total of 357 new apartments. New kindergarten, healthcare unit and several commercial units are also incorporated in this project.
Construction is expected to commence in October 2024, and it´s scheduled to complete by 2027.
