Skanska builds student housing in Oslo, Norway, for NOK 513M, about SEK 520M

Skanska has signed a contract with the Student Welfare Organization in Oslo (SiO) to build new student housing. The contract is worth NOK 513M, about SEK 520M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the fourth quarter of 2023.

The project consists of three new buildings, totaling approximately 18,000 square meters, and will house 462 student apartments.

Construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2024 and will be completed in the second quarter of 2026.
