Skanska builds student welfare and sports center in Stavanger, Norway, for NOK 306M, about SEK 320M

Skanska has signed a contract with the Student Welfare Organization in Stavanger to build a sports center and a welfare building in Stavanger, Norway. The contract is worth NOK 306M, about SEK 320M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the fourth quarter 2022.

The sports center is 4,300 square meters spread over two floors, while the welfare center consists of five floors with a total of 8,700 square meters. The project is aiming for Energy Class A certification.

Construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2023 and will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024.
