Skanska buys building plot in Oslo, Norway, for NOK 340 M, about SEK 370 million

Skanska has purchased a 19,000 square meter building plot in Oslo, Norway, for NOK 340 M, about SEK 370 M. Skanska plans to build 280 BREEM-certified apartments, as well as an office building. The project, which starts in 2022, will be completed in 2027.

Skanska is one of the leading development and construction companies in the Nordics, with operations in building construction and civil engineering in Sweden, Norway and Finland, and developing residential- and commercial property projects in select home markets. The commercial development stream is also active in Denmark. Skanska offers services in public-private partnerships.
