Skanska buys land in Ale Municipality, Sweden, for about SEK 300M
Skanska has acquired approximately 236,000 square meters of land in Ale Municipality outside Gothenburg, Sweden, for about SEK 300M. The seller is Björk Invest i Göteborg AB. The transfer of the property will take place when the zoning plan is finally approved.
On the land plot, Skanska and BoKlok plan to develop homes with high sustainability ambitions. The building right will include approximately 600 homes with associated community services.
