Skanska has signed a contract with Auratum Asunnot Helsinki Oy, a developer of high-class apartments, to convert an old office building in Helsinki, Finland, into 146 homes. The contract is worth approximately EUR 50 M, about SEK 540 M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the third quarter 2019.

After the renovation, besides the apartments, the eight-storey building will have two rentable spaces for business facilities. There will also be a gym, a spa and other leisure facilities. The apartments on the top floor will have their own terraces.
