Skanska cooperating with Competition Authority regarding paving contractors The Swedish Competition Authority today has requested access to documents and other information in conjunction with a control the Authority is carrying out with regard to paving contractors. Skanska is cooperating with the authorities and is releasing all material that the Competition Authority has requested. Competition Authority personnel are on-site at Skanska's offices in Stockholm, Uppsala and Gothenburg. Skanska's understanding is that the company is not involved in any prohibited cooperation. The review by the authorities has been initiated and Skanska will continue to assist the Competition Authority in gaining access to the information required to complete the investigation.
