Skanska has divested 73 BoKlok homes in Littlehampton, UK, for about GBP 23M, about SEK 300M. The buyer is a global asset manager. The transaction will be recorded in Residential Development Europe during the fourth quarter of 2024. The transfer takes place in three tranches: in December 2024, in the first quarter 2025 and in the second quarter 2025.

The divestment of townhouses in Littlehampton on the south coast of England means that the project consisting of a total of 112 homes in two phases is now sold out. The handover began in 2024 and will proceed gradually during the first half of 2025 as construction completes.
