Skanska divests logistics facility in Helsingborg, Sweden, for about SEK 240 M

Skanska has sold a logistics facility in Helsingborg, Sweden, for about SEK 240 M. The buyer is Logicenters. The divestment will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Property Development Nordic in the second quarter 2019. The transfer of the facility will take place during the first quarter 2020.

The logistics facility comprises approximately 30,150 square meters and will have future-proof specifications and be adapted for the tenant PostNord TPL. The facility is being developed and built by Skanska Sweden.

The property is located in a well-established business area in Helsingborg, close to both the E4 and E20, which is growing as a logistics hub.

The project is under construction and the facility will be completed during the first quarter 2020.
