Skanska enters conditional agreement for the sale of the Gullbergsvass 5:26 property in the Tennet block in Gothenburg

Skanska has entered into a conditional agreement for the sale of the Gullbergsvass 5:26 property in Gothenburg. The buyer, Platzer, announced a new share issue today with the aim of being able to acquire the property in the Tennet block from Skanska. The agreement is contingent on the completion of the new share issue. When the conditions of the agreement have been fulfilled, Skanska will announce the purchase amount and the date of transfer of the property.

The company’s operations are concentrated in the three metropolitan regions in Sweden, the Copenhagen region in Denmark, the Oslo region in Norway, as well as Helsinki in Finland. The development of logistics and volume retail properties is conducted in strategic locations in Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
