Skanska has made an offer to acquire a controlling interest in IPS, the largest Czech construction group Skanska has in a block trade auction made an offer for 56.3 percent of the shares in IPS Praha a.s., the largest Czech construction group. It is expected that the outcome of the auction will be announced shortly.
