Skanska has sold its shares in SKF

Skanska has sold its shares in SKF Skanska has today sold all its shares in AB SKF. In total, 9.870.000 shares of series A, corresponding to 8.7 percent of the number of shares and 17.7 percent of the votes in SKF, were sold. The shares were sold at a price of SEK 202 per share to institutional investors in Sweden and internationally. Through the sale Skanska makes a capital gain of around SEK 1.725 million.
