Skanska invests a net of NOK 318M, about SEK 320M, in residential projects with OBOS in Oslo and Bærum, Norway

Skanska and OBOS has signed a contract for two joint venture projects in Oslo and Bærum, Norway, to develop and build approximately 700 homes together during the next years. Skanska invests NOK 525M, about SEK 530M to acquire 50 percent of OBOS’s project Nansenløkka and divests 50 percent of the project Økern Park for NOK 207M, about SEK 210M, to OBOS.

Nansenløkka on Fornebu in Bærum will consist of approximately 400 units and the expected start of construction is the last quarter of 2023. Økern Park on Økern in Oslo is planned for approximately 300 units and the expected start of construction is the last quarter of 2025.
