Skanska invests about SEK 430M in the office project Epic in Malmö, Sweden. The office building will be 6 stories high with a total leasable area of around 17,000 square meters.

Epic becomes Skanska's next step in the development of Universitetsholmen in Malmö after successful projects in the area, such as Malmö Live and STUDIO. Epic offers a great location combined with modern and sustainable facilities as well as a generous atrium.

In Epic, well-being and health are in focus. It is one of Sweden's first office projects registered for a WELL certification. The certification is based on seven years of medical and scientific research and is based entirely on how the built environment affects people.

Construction starts in the second quarter of 2017. Completion of Epic is scheduled for the third quarter of 2019.
