Skanska invests DKK 255 M, about SEK 306 M, in two office buildings in Copenhagen, Denmark. 

The two office buildings, Plaza II and Plaza III, with a total area of almost 14,000 square meters will be constructed on Havneholmen, Copenhagen. Pandora A/S has signed a leasing contract for the entire area.

Construction work has already started and will be completed in April 2016.
