Skanska invests DKK 412 M, about SEK 570 M, in office project in Copenhagen

Skanska has started the first phase of the office complex Cph. Highline at Havneholmen in Copenhagen, representing an investment of DKK 412 M, approximately SEK 570 M. At the same time, SAS Institute has signed a lease of 5,850 square meters, approximately one third of the Cph. Highline total office space of 16,600 square meters.

Cph. Highline consists of two projects with the total space of 31,500 square meters, which are being built in cooperation with KPC København A/S. The first phase will be completed in July 2020.
