Skanska invests EUR 24 M, about SEK 206 M, in phase II of office project in Krakow, Poland

Skanska invests EUR 24 M, about SEK 206 M, in the second phase of Kapelanka 42, the first office project by Skanska in Krakow, Poland.  

Skanska started the first phase of the project in October 2012. The Kapelanka 42 complex will comprise two class A office buildings, each with 9 storeys above ground and 3 underground. The combined leasable area will be about 30,000 square meters. The entire complex will be completed in the third quarter 2014.

The office property will feature innovative green solutions minimizing its impact on the natural environment and significantly reducing operating costs for tenants. Kapelanka 42 has been pre-certified at LEED Gold level.

Skanska Commercial Development Europe initiates and develops property projects in office, logistics and commercial buildings.
