Skanska invests EUR 24 M, about SEK 216 M, in second phase of Green Towers office project in Poland

Skanska invests EUR 24 M, about SEK 216 M, in second phase (building B) of Green Towers office project in Wroclaw, Poland. The property has a strong environmental profile and the total leaseable area of the second building will amount to 11,600 square meters. Completion of the project is scheduled to the year-end 2012.

The first lease agreement for office space in building A was signed with Ernst & Young and was followed by two further contracts concluded in September. Like in all the commercial projects developed by Skanska a number of green solutions were applied during the design and construction process of Green Towers and additionally, the office complex was LEED pre-certified with the highest rating, Platinum. The total value of the Green Towers investment is EUR 48 M, about SEK 432 M.
