Skanska invests EUR 28 M, about SEK 300 M, in a new office building in Krakow, Poland

Skanska invests EUR 28 M, about SEK 300 M, in the third phase of the High5ive office complex located in Krakow, Poland. The third phase consists of one building with a total leasable area of about 11,150 square meters.

The building will be Skanska’s first WELL certified office building in Krakow and will also be certified according to LEED and Building without Barriers.

The construction of the last building of the High5ive office complex will start in April 2020 and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2021.

High5ive is Skanska’s largest office development in Krakow. It has a central location next to the main railway station. The complex will ultimately comprise five office buildings with a total leasable area of about 70,000 square meters. ABB, PwC, Accenture and Business Link, the biggest flexible office space chain in Poland, are amongst the tenants in the completed buildings.
