Skanska invests EUR 46M, about SEK 440M, in a new office project in Wroclaw, Poland

Skanska invests EUR 46M, about SEK 440M in Nowy Targ, an office project located in Wroclaw, Poland. The seven-story building will have a total leasable area of about 22,000 square meters, with two levels below ground for parking lots. 

Nowy Targ will be located next to a square near the Old Town in Wroclaw. The office project will feature many green solutions and flexible office space for tenants. The project is expected to receive LEED Platinum certification as well as “Building without barriers” certificate.

Construction is due to start in June 2017 and is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2019.

Nowy Targ is Skanska’s sixth office development project in Wroclaw.
