Skanska invests in land in Krakow, Poland for PLN 90M, about SEK 200M

Skanska has acquired approximately 20,000 square meters of land in Krakow, Poland from Poczta Polska, the largest mail-handling company in the country. The total investment amounts to PLN 90M, about SEK 200M.

The plot will be dedicated to a new development and is located in Krakow’s city center, providing excellent access to public transport as well as a network of cycling paths. The neighborhood is one of Krakow's fastest growing workplace areas, with offices, restaurants, and sport facilities. The estimated potential of gross leasable area is around 47,000 square meters.
