Skanska invests NOK 210M, about SEK 210M in a residential development property in Bærum, Norway

Skanska has acquired a development property in Bærum, Norway.  The net investment for residential purpose amounts to NOK 210M, about SEK 210M. The seller is Profier.

The property Kirkeveien 59 is ready zoned for block housing and concentrated single-family housing. Skanska plans to build 50 apartments and 28 terraced houses. The project will be BREEAM-certified and construction work is expected to start 2023.
