Skanska invests NOK 244M, about SEK 230M, in the first phase of a residential project in Trondheim, Norway
Skanska invests NOK 244M, about SEK 230M, in the first phase of the residential project Lillebytunet in Trondheim, Norway. The phase consists of two apartment buildings totaling 51 apartments.
This is the first project from the portfolio that Skanska acquired from Nordr in September 2025 to begin construction. The project also marks the start of the final phase of a larger effort to transform the Lilleby area of Trondheim.
Construction is expected to begin during the first quarter of 2026, and the project will be completed in the first quarter of 2028.
