Skanska invests NOK 750M, about SEK 760M, in residential project Røa X in Oslo, Norway

Skanska invests NOK 750M about SEK 760M in residential project Røa X at Røa in Oslo, Norway. The construction contract is worth NOK 322M, about SEK 320M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings in the fourth quarter 2023.

The project consists of 56 apartments spread over four buildings and two commercial sections. 18 of the 56 apartments have been sold so far.

Construction is planned to start early January 2024 and the project is planned to be completed in the second quarter of 2026.
