The architectural design is being provided by the Danish architect Jens Søndergaard. The project is being carried out jointly by Skanska Project Development and Real Estate and Skanska Building. Construction will begin as soon as the necessary amendments to the city plan take effect. The tenant is expected to take up occupancy at year-end 2001. Cooperation between Skanska and Ericsson is well developed and long standing. Current projects include Ericsson Sweden's new office in Stockholm. Skanska recently developed and built two structures, in Stockholm and Gothenburg, for EHPT, which is part-owned by Ericsson.
