Skanska rebuilds Jabil Inc. headquarters in St. Petersburg, USA, for USD 57 M, about SEK 520 M

Skanska has signed a contract with BA Leasing BSC, LLC to rebuild Jabil Inc.’s headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA. The contract is worth USD 57 M, about SEK 520 M, which will be included in the US order bookings for the first quarter 2019.

Skanska will demolish the current building and construct a new, about 16,000-square-meter, 4-story office building, named New Roosevelt. The newly constructed site will sit on a lake shore and includes office spaces, customer engagement spaces, café and server spaces, state-of-the-art fitness center and outdoor amenities.

Construction began March 2019, and completion is scheduled for March 2021.
