Skanska renovates new University of Cincinnati College of Law in Cincinnati, USA, for USD 32 M, about SEK 300 M
Skanska has signed a contract with the University of Cincinnati to renovate and expand the school’s former College of Business, Lindner Hall in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. The contract is worth USD 32 M, about SEK 300 M, which will be included in the US order bookings for the third quarter 2019.
Skanska will renovate the existing 9,300-square-meter facility and build a 1,400-square-meter expansion, which will include Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, as well as new collaborative student and faculty spaces. The renovated six-story building will be the new home of the school’s College of Law.
Construction will begin in July 2020 with completion scheduled for December 2021.
