Skanska renovates offices building in Oslo, Norway, for about NOK 637 M, about SEK 695 M
Skanska has signed an agreement with Entra on the renovation of a building in Oslo, Norway. The contract is worth about SEK 695 M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the second quarter 2019.
The building, which is about 26,000 square meters, holds high ambitions regarding digitization and flexibility among other things to optimize the solutions for the customer's tenants. The building will be renovated from an old traditional office building to modern and attractive office premises that are planned to be leased to technology companies. The building will include exhibition areas, auditorium, open office landscapes and restaurants.
Work is due to complete in June 2021.
