Skanska has signed an agreement with the City of Stockholm to renovate Stockholm House of Culture & City Theatre in central Stockholm, Sweden. The contract is worth about SEK 550 M, which will be included in the order bookings for Sweden for the first quarter 2019.

Skanska's assignments include renovation, improvement of the indoor environment and new technical installations in the buildings.
