Skanska sells NORDEA HOUSE and Green Corner office project in Warsaw, Poland, for EUR 94.6 M, about SEK 823 M

Skanska has sold Green Corner complex in Warsaw, consisting of two recently completed office buildings, to RREEF real estate special funds for about EUR 94.6 M, about SEK 823 M. The transaction is booked in the fourth quarter 2012 and the transfer is scheduled for first quarter 2013.

Located in Warsaw’s upcoming business district Wola, NORDEA HOUSE and Green Corner offer a total leasable area of 27,000 square meters. The buildings were completed in October 2012 and are leased to 95 percent. One of the biggest tenants is the Swedish bank Nordea Group and the first building has been renamed NORDEA HOUSE. Other tenants include Grant Thornton and Jones Lang LaSalle Group Services. The second building, Green Corner, has been fully leased to one of the Polish central administration authorities. Green Corner has been pre-certified with the highest LEED rating, Platinum.
