Skanska sells office building in Bucharest, Romania, for EUR 53 M, about SEK 530 M

Skanska has sold the office building Campus 6.1 in Bucharest, Romania, to CA Immo, an Austrian based real estate company. The value of the transaction totals EUR 53 M, about SEK 530 M. The transaction will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Europe in the second quarter of 2018. The transfer is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2018.

Campus 6.1 is the first phase of a four-building office complex Campus 6, the second development for Skanska in Bucharest. It is located in the Central West – a new submarket that Skanska has entered with this project. Campus 6.1 will be completed in the third quarter of 2018, while it is already almost fully leased to confidential tenants. The building will receive LEED Gold certificate (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design).
