Skanska sells office property in Gothenburg, Sweden, for SEK 495 M

Skanska sells the office property ÅF-Huset in Gothenburg, Sweden, for SEK 495 M, which will be recorded for Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the fourth quarter 2014. Buyer is GBG Office 1 AB, a company founded by Pareto Project Finance. Transfer of the property will be in December 2014.

The property was completed in the first quarter 2014 and comprises a leasable area of about 15,000 square meters. Besides the anchor tenant ÅF the building is leased to Cygate, Sappa, Immunicum and a restaurant. The land was acquired during the first quarter of 2011 and the building was completed in the first quarter of 2014. The building is LEED-certified at the highest level, Platinum, and is a further step in Skanska’s green journey.
