Skanska sells office property in Vantaa, Finland, for about EUR 30 M, about SEK 315 M

Skanska has signed an agreement with Niam AB on the sale of the office property Aviabulevardi II in Vantaa, Finland for about EUR 30 M, about SEK 315 M. The divestment will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the second quarter 2019. The transfer of the property is scheduled to take place in the beginning of October 2019.

The property is located in the Aviapolis area in Vantaa, the fastest-growing business cluster in the Helsinki region right next to Helsinki Airport. The leasable office area is 8,000 square meters designed to fulfil the requirements of modern and environmentally sustainable activity-based working. It will be certified according to the Gold level of the LEED® environmental certificate. The building is fully leased and was completed in November 2018.
