Skanska sells properties in Helsingborg for SEK 176 M - gain calculated at SEK 90 M Skanska is selling two properties, Danmark and Kolonien blocks, located in south Helsingborg. The properties have a total floor space of about 20,000 square meters and contain residential, office and retail premises. The selling price is SEK 176 M. The gain is calculated at SEK 90 M. The buyer is the Kungsleden real estate company. The properties are fully leased with long-term contracts and, accordingly, are fully developed. With this transaction, Skanska has sold all of its management properties in Helsingborg.
