Skanska sells properties in Trollhättan and Mölndal, Sweden, with a capital gain totaling SEK 55 M Skanska Project Development and Real Estate has sold the major portion of the property portfolio in the Nohab industrial area in Trollhättan to Trollhättan Municipality. The purchase price is SEK 67 M. In Mölndal, Skanska has sold land to the Westpack logistics company, the K-Rauta building products outlet and to the Bilia auto dealership for a price of SEK 38 M. The sales and the total capital gain of SEK 55 M are being reported in earnings for the fourth quarter. In conjunction with the land sales in Mölndal, Skanska Sweden was contracted by the land buyers to build a logistics center, a building products store and an auto dealership facility.
