Skanska sells SEK 2.4 billion worth of properties to Vasakronan and acquires half-ownership of Västerjärva, near Stockholm In accordance with their earlier agreement in principle, Skanska is selling properties to the Swedish real estate company Vasakronan including the Lilla Bommen office complex in Gothenburg and the Kista Entré project in Stockholm for a price equivalent to SEK 2,415 M. At the same time, Skanska is acquiring half-ownership of a development company for future building rights in Västerjärva in the northern Stockholm region for SEK 300 M.
