Skanska sells the office building Piren2 in Gothenburg, Sweden, for about SEK 410M
Skanska has sold the office building Piren2 in Gothenburg, Sweden, to Platzer Fastigheter AB for about SEK 410M. The divestment will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the second quarter of 2017. The transfer of the property is preliminary scheduled for 29 September 2017.
The office building of about 9,000 square meter is fully leased to Zenuity AB, a joint venture between Volvo Cars and Autoliv.
Piren2 is located in the center of one of Europe's leading technology clusters, next to Lindholmen Science Park and the Radisson Blu Riverside Hotel. The building is developed by Skanska and will be certified according to the LEED International Environmental Certification System, with a high focus on energy consumption and sustainable materials selection.
