Skanska has signed a 10-year lease agreement with the American bank BNY Mellon for approximately 20,300 square meters and in addition 191 parking lots in the second phase of Centrum Poludnie office complex in Wroclaw, Poland. With this contract, all office space is leased, with the remaining space dedicated to amenity and retail uses, such as a kindergarten. In total, 93 percent of the building is now leased.

BNY Mellon serves capital markets globally by providing comprehensive solutions for clients to manage and service their financial assets throughout the investment life cycle. The bank will move into the building in April 2024.
