Skanska signs a EUR 200M Green Revolving Credit Facility

Skanska has signed a EUR 200M green multi-currency revolving credit facility. The facility carries a tenor of 2 years with an option for a 1-year extension. 

The facility is signed by Skanska Financial Services, with the purpose to finance, or serve as a backup for the financing of, Skanska’s development of Green Projects, in line with Skanska’s Green Bond Framework.

Participating banks are Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (Facility Agent) and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd, all acting as Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners.
