Skanska signs additional contract for state-of-the-art R&D facility in USA, worth USD 658 M, about SEK 4.3 billion

Skanska and a joint venture partner have been awarded an additional contract as construction manager of the state-of-the-art research and development facility in the USA, which was previously announced. Skanska’s 50 percent share is USD 658 M, about SEK 4.3 billion, which will be included in the order bookings for Skanska USA Building in the second quarter of 2013.

Skanska anticipates additional amendments to the contract as subsequent work and associated prices are agreed to. Skanska’s part of those additions will be in the order bookings for Skanska USA Building in the quarter in which they are signed.
