Skanska signs contract for construction of educational facility in Boston, USA, for USD 57 M, about SEK 370 M

Skanska has signed a contract with Harvard Business School in Boston, USA, to construct the educational facility Ruth Mulan Chu Chao Center. The contract value for Skanska is USD 57 M, about SEK 370 M, which will be included in the order bookings for Skanska USA Building for the fourth quarter 2013.

The new 7,400-square-meter educational facility will be built on the current space of the existing Kresge Hall. The building is targeting LEED certification on Gold level.

The project starts in March 2014 and is expected to be completed in May 2016.
